Typical savings: 15-40% on the first swap pass. The audit is paid for itself if the saved amount exceeds the engagement fee, which it almost always does.

2. Independent benchmark report
For VCs, procurement teams, technical due diligence, and the rare buyer who needs a neutral third party. We sign up for the providers you name, run the workload suite you specify, and ship a dated report.
Workloads we run regularly:
- CPU and single-thread benchmarks (sysbench, 7zip, Geekbench) on bare-metal and cloud VPS.
- GPU cold-start p50/p99, vLLM tokens/sec, Stable Diffusion XL sec/image, fine-tuning throughput (LoRA + QLoRA).
- Network: iperf3 single-stream, cross-region latency, BGP path traces, CDN TTFB p50/p95.
- Real-bill pricing at 1/10/100 TB tiers with request fees included.

3. Internal price-tracking dashboard
Same plumbing that powers the Cheap VPS TCO calculator on this site, but scoped to your provider set, your workload assumptions, and your Slack/email alerting. We deploy it to your infra (or ours).
Common customisations:
- VPS / GPU / CDN rate-card scraper with monthly digest to a Slack channel.
- Provider-uptime probe on your target regions, with downtime alerts at 5-minute granularity.
- Renewal-date reminder engine so nobody gets a $200 surprise in month 13.
Deliverable: working dashboard + handoff docs + 30 days of post-launch support.
Timeline: 4-6 weeks. Fee: from $6,000 USD + hosting (we charge cost + 10%).
4. Single high-stakes writing engagement
When "good enough" won't fly — a white paper for a Series A, an RFP response for an enterprise buyer, a board memo on infrastructure cost, or a one-off deep-dive you don't want to put your name on without external validation. We write it, you ship it under your brand (or ours).
Deliverable: 2,000-8,000 words, edited and fact-checked, with a 30-minute walkthrough call.
Timeline: 2-3 weeks. Fee: from $3,500 USD.
