CN2 GIA and routing
CN2 GIA is China Telecom’s premium international route. Results can vary by ISP, city and time of day, so check performance from the networks that matter to you during any applicable refund window.
CN2 GIA-E (Los Angeles and other locations)
The “ECOMMERCE” plans are BandwagonHost’s main CN2 GIA line. The provider lists locations including Los Angeles, San Jose, Fremont, New York, Vancouver, Amsterdam, Osaka and Dubai; confirm availability and migration options in the order form.

The two smallest plans have no monthly option. The 20G plan is $49.99 for three months, about $16.66 a month; its yearly price works out to about $14.17 a month.

Hong Kong is geographically closer to mainland China than the US, but route quality still varies. These plans have higher prices and lower transfer allowances than the GIA-E plans above.

Before ordering
- Refunds. BandwagonHost’s terms state conditions for refunds on new orders, including using less than 10% of the monthly transfer. Read the current terms before ordering.
- Billing cycle. Confirm the price, availability and renewal terms on the order page before paying.
- IP blocks. The provider says an IP change is a paid extra and is not refunded. Check the current policy if this matters to you.
