Write for VPS Deals Hub

Share practical, verifiable experience with readers choosing VPS hosting, cloud infrastructure and developer tools.

A useful article comes first

What we publish

VPS Deals Hub publishes independent guides, comparisons and infrastructure notes for developers, sysadmins, founders and hosting buyers. We are interested in work that helps a reader make a better technical or purchasing decision.

First-hand experience

Explain what you tested, where you tested it, and what a reader should watch out for.

Evidence and sources

Use current provider documentation, pricing pages, screenshots, measurements or clearly attributed observations.

Clear trade-offs

Describe who a product is for, where it falls short, and what a reasonable alternative would be.

Editorial standards

  • Articles must be original, useful and written for people—not produced as scaled search-engine content.
  • Claims about prices, limits, performance and availability must include a source or a clear test date.
  • We edit for accuracy, clarity, accessibility and responsible disclosure. Publication is not guaranteed.
  • AI may assist with research or structure, but contributors remain responsible for the facts, analysis and final wording.
  • We do not accept casino, adult, CBD, malware, deceptive finance or undisclosed promotional content.

Links, sponsorship and disclosure

We do not sell PageRank, promise rankings, or promise Google indexing. A commercial relationship never guarantees a positive review or a search position.

Affiliate relationships, gifted access and sponsored work are disclosed to readers. Link attributes and placement are decided according to the nature of the relationship and applicable search guidelines.

Individual bylines are used only for real contributors. We do not create fictional experts, invented credentials or AI-generated author identities.

How to submit

  1. Send a pitch. Include the proposed title, target reader, original angle and any evidence you plan to use.
  2. Wait for editorial review. We may ask for clarification, sources or a short outline before requesting a full draft.
  3. Submit the draft. Markdown or a shareable document is fine. Include author name, bio, relevant experience and conflicts of interest.
  4. Review and revision. We fact-check important claims and may request changes before publication.
  5. Publication. The final page includes the appropriate byline and disclosure. We do not promise a publication date, traffic or ranking.

Frequently asked questions

Do you accept paid guest posts?

We may consider clearly disclosed commercial partnerships separately from editorial contributions. Payment does not buy a positive review, a ranking or guaranteed publication.

Can I include links?

Relevant references are welcome. We decide link placement and attributes during editorial review; unrelated or manipulative links will be removed.

Will publication improve my SEO?

No outcome can be promised. A useful, accurate article may earn readers and citations, but search visibility depends on many factors outside our control.

What should an author provide?

Provide a real name or company identity, a short factual bio, relevant experience, sources, test dates and any commercial relationship with a provider mentioned.
